From this background that the Fida G. srl mission poses as the achievement of specific objectives, whose achievement highlights the need to constantly review all documentation management system to introduce concepts relating to the management of Quality, Safety and Environment, research, process improvement, both organisational production, to ensure a product and service "as" higher, which points to the full satisfaction of the customer regarding the quality, and to ensure a better working environment in terms of safety and environment for all workers in Fida G. srl and for all those who belong to the surrounding community.
The management takes an active role in guiding all the activities that have influence on the system, promoting the commitment of all employees, defining specific tasks and responsibilities, monitoring all management processes and productive. In addition, the direction defines training courses on quality, safety and environment for all employees of the organization depending on the specific tasks exemplified in your business, including the involvement of the representative of the employees of security in specific subject in order to strengthen the 'commitment to the prevention of accidents at work and preventing all forms and types of pollution.
WORKERS
- The primary objective for the constant improvement of "Fida G. srl", was to obtain certification according to ISO 9001 and OHSAS 18001. Now is constantly improving the organization with regard to quality and safety and introduce procedures concerning the Environment until the acquisition of an integration between quality certification, safety and environment.
- The Directorate must assume an active role in guiding all those activities that have influence on the quality, safety and environment specifying tasks and responsibilities; taking under control production processes, maintaining a high level of training of personnel, adjusting the Quality System, Security and Environment to market and the company.
- The company must continue the path of modernization of machinery and structures workshop, so as to make more flexible and more secure all work processes.
- Developing the perception that every member of the staff members are Client and at the same time Supplier other Collaborators;
- Awareness through the participation of all personnel corporate management system Quality, Safety and Environment, in the logic of cooperation and participation because satisfy and retain customers is also guaranteed work for the future;
- Programming investments reserved for interventions designed to encourage better safety at work under the D. LGS. 626/94 and its subsequent amendments;
- The Directorate is committed to respect for Legislation in force on Safety and Health at Work (D. LGS. 626/94 and its subsequent amendments), and in matters of protection and environmental protection, and other requirements with which the organization can make accession;

CUSTOMERS
